Hioki IR3455 Insulation resistance tester (also known as Megger tester) is a high voltage mega ohmmeter manufactured in Japan which can measure from 250v to 5KV offering up to 10 TΩ of insulated resistance testing, making it the perfect choice for electricians, maintenance technicians, and engineers to test high voltage equipment.
